ENTERTAIN EDUCATE INSPIRE
The Abilene Philharmonic has grown in size and organizations over the last 70 years. Today the Philharmonic is structured as three separate 501(c)3 non-profits each with a specific function and purpose in relation to the overall professional symphony orchestra.
The Abilene Philharmonic Association manages the day to day operations of the orchestra and is responsible for planning and producing all concert and music education programs.
As the Abilene Philharmonic sets the stage for their second Pops concert of the 2023-2024 season, they pay tribute to Maestro John Williams, a musical luminary whose contributions to the world of film scores have become synonymous with cinematic magic.
