From Darkness To Light

Join us as we open the 2023-24 Concert Season with From Darkness to Light! The season opens with Four Sea Interludes from the haunting opera Peter Grimes, a tale of small town gossip with dire consequences. It closes with one of Johannes Brahms’ most jovial works for orchestra, the Double Concerto, written as a gesture of heartfelt reconciliation to his friend, the violinist Joseph Joachim.
