Know Before You Go
Join us for our fourth and final Masterworks: Fauré Requiem at the First Baptist Church of Abilene! This concert is brought to you by Masterworks Series Sponsor, Stifel Investment Services and Concert Sponsor, Hendrick Health and KACU.
There are several items that we’d like you to know in advance of the performance:
PARKING
There are two parking lots on both the North and South sides of the Church, and it is free to park. Handicapped parking is limited, so we recommend getting there early.
ENTERING
There is one main entrance on the North side of the church. There will be a Belle or Beau scanning tickets as you enter.
WILL CALL
If you have pre-purchased tickets, you may pick up your tickets at the Box Office located in the foyer of the First Baptist Church. The Box Office will open at 5:30 PM for the 7:30 PM performance.
E-TICKETS
When purchasing tickets online and selecting the eticket delivery method you will receive one email. This email will contain the order confirmation and the PDFs will be attached at the bottom of the email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. You can also CLICK HERE and scroll down just after the seating chart and click “Click here to resend tickets” to input the email you used to initially place the order. You can also add your tickets to your Apple Wallet!

WALKUPS
Walk up tickets will be available for purchase in the foyer. Please note that the Box Office will close at 8:00pm.
CONCERT TIME
The performance will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes with a 15 minute intermission. Please try to arrive at least thirty minutes before the concert start time of 7:30 PM.
This leaves time for parking, picking up tickets, getting your ticket scanned, visiting the restroom, and finding your seat. If you arrive late, you will be seated as soon as there is an appropriate pause in the performance. **There is no elevator access to the balcony seating**
Food & Drink
Unfortunately, we will not have food or drinks available for purchase for this concert. We apologize for the inconvenience!
ATTIRE
There are as many ways of dressing as there are people who come to concerts. Most aim for business casual or dressier, but ultimately the symphony is for everyone, wear what makes you comfortable.
STUDENT TICKETS
Student’s ages 6 through 18 can enjoy any Philharmonic concerts for only $9.00.
However, no children under the age of 6 will be allowed in the concert hall. No children on laps; everyone must have a seat.
Pre-Concert Talk with Maestro Itkin
Join Maestro Itkin and guest artists from 6:45pm – 7:10pm to gain insider knowledge of the music that will be performed.
